Bikeability (Wales). This organisation helps disabled people ride using specially adapted bikes. They also offer bike maintenance and cycle training up to Level 3.
Bynea Cycling Club. An established club which focuses on road racing, sportives and similar events.
CTC Swansea (Member Group of Cycling UK). They offer moderate (Level 2) and faster (Level 3) rides on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Let's Ride. This British Cycling website lists local and more distant rides; it also provides information about learning to ride for both kids and adults.

Cycling UK North Wales. This is the comprehensive website of Cycling UK Cymru's North Wales group. It is edited by Roy Spilsbury, renown for his achievement in getting cycling allowed on Llandudno's promenade.
Highway Code on Cycling. This provides key information about UK cycling regulations.
Highway Code: advice for all. This site is aimed at drivers; it is about making them aware of the needs of cyclists and pedestrians.
Mercurio Bike Travel: provide quality cycle tours along the major rivers in Germany and Austria. These are led tours with accommodation in comfortable hotels.
Pinch-flat.This site, run by a cycling enthusiast, has lots of information ranging from the nitty-gritty of getting on a bike to cycle tours across the world.

Essential Gower Cycles. This, the only cycle shop on the Gower Peninsula, has recently opened in a gazebo on the sea side of Three Cliffs Café in Southgate. Bike servicing plus coffee are provided for a modest fee. Their phone number is 07984 493748.
Re-cycle. This is a project to receive discarded bikes, put them into working order and sell them at affordable prices. Contact: Ian Williams: Mobile 07847 474880. Their workshop on Catherine St, off Bryn-y-Mor Rd (at end of alley between 19A and The Mill pub) is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 10.00 - 5.00pm.
Schmoos. The shop in Swansea has long since closed. Julian, who has moved to Resolven, now provides a mobile cycle service from a van. To avail yourself of this phone him on 07984 493748.
